We want you to love your SweetKiri pieces — and if you don't, returns are easy.

Full Refund Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To start, please reach out through our contact form and include your order number and the item details. Once we have your information, we'll send you the return instructions. For international customer: duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo — and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Our handmade beaded charms are crafted in small batches, so slight variations in color, bead placement, and finish are natural — this is what makes each piece one of a kind.
